பழமை மற்றும் நவீனத் தமிழ் ஆய்வுகளுக்காக அர்ப்பணிக்கப்பட்ட ‘நறுந்தமிழ் பன்னாட்டு ஆய்விதழ்’ உங்களை அன்புடன் வரவேற்கிறது. இவ்விதழ் ஜனவரி 2026 இல் தொடங்கப்பட்டது. இது ஆண்டுக்கு நான்கு முறை (ஜனவரி, ஏப்ரல், ஜூலை, அக்டோபர்) வெளிவரும் ஒரு முதன்மையான காலாண்டிதழாகும். மரபான தமிழ் அறிஞர்களுக்கும், வளரும் நவீனத் தலைமுறை ஆய்வாளர்களுக்கும் இடையேயான ஒரு அறிவுப் பாலமாக இந்த ஆய்விதழ் செயல்படுகிறது.
உலகின் மிகத் தொன்மையான வரலாறுகளில் ஒன்றைத் தமிழ் மொழி கொண்டிருந்தாலும், சங்க இலக்கியங்கள், கல்வெட்டுகள், தொல்லியல் சான்றுகள் முதல் தற்காலப் படைப்புகள் வரை எண்ணற்ற முதன்மைச் சான்றுகள் இன்னும் முழுமையாக ஆராயப்படாமலேயே உள்ளன. இன்றைய உலகமயமாக்கப்பட்ட காலகட்டத்தில், புதிய பரிமாணங்களை வெளிக்கொண்டுவர நடுநிலையான, பன்முகத் துறை சார்ந்த மற்றும் ஒப்பீட்டு ஆய்வுகள் மிகவும் அவசியமாகும். இலக்கியம் மட்டுமன்றி மொழிபெயர்ப்பு, கணினித்தமிழ் மற்றும் அறிவியல் தமிழ் போன்ற புதிய களங்களிலும் ஆய்வுகள் விரிவடைய வேண்டும் என்பதே எங்கள் நோக்கமாகும்.

The ‘ International Journal of Narunthamizh‘, dedicated to ancient and modern Tamil studies, warmly welcomes you. It is a premier quarterly journal published four times a year (January, April, July, and October). This journal serves as a knowledge bridge between traditional Tamil scholars and the emerging generation of modern researchers.
Although the Tamil language possesses one of the most ancient histories in the world, countless primary sources—ranging from Sangam literature, inscriptions, and archaeological evidence to contemporary works—remain largely unexplored. Policies:
E-Publication: E-Publication of the Journal is offered through our journal. It allows PDF versions of scholarly articles that have been reviewed and accepted scholars can freely access or cite the article. The papers will be published online after the completion of all necessary publishing steps .
Review Policy: The Journal adopts double blind peer review policy. The paper will be evaluated by two subject experts to review the paper according to the norms of the journal and quality of the Research papers. If the paper requires necessary changes the same reviewer will be used to ensure that the quality of the revised paper is acceptable. The reviewers will act objective to ensure the core quality of the journal. After the successful review every reviewer should extend their willingness that there is no conflict of interest. Reviewers are asked to point out relevant published work which is not yet cited in the article. They must keep the review process as confidential.
Plagiarism Policy: The editorial panel is very strict regarding plagiarism. The Journal aims at regarding plagiarism as injustice to a scholar and destines to give proper credit to the ideas of scholar. So, proper citation is very important in the research papers. The editorial panel holds the sole authority to reject the review process of a submitted manuscript which contains minor or major plagiarism and may cancel the publication on complaint of plagiarism.
Article Selection Policy: In every submission schedule of the year, we receive more than hundred articles and we will publish 20-30 original Tamil & English written articles only. Editor’s decicion is final in the selection of the articles. Due to heavy number of articles from paper mills and AI written in English, English written articles are being stopped for acceptance and evaluation. It will be considered rejected. A case will be opened by the journal committee and it will be intimated to the higher official/dean research of the institution to take action on the student/scholar/faculty to prevent malpractice and antiethical methods.
Publication Ethics and Malpractice Statement: The publisher will take necessary steps for research misconduct in any sort of academic content. All sorts of research misconduct will be dealt in a professional manner to ensure justice to original research with regard to publication ethics. If the journal finds any predatory research delinquency of any kind that hinders research and academic publishing, the article will be retracted. For the sake of corrections in the article, it can be made with a request to the editor with supporting documents. for retractions, corrections, clarifications and incase of apologies, they are taken into concern and the matter will be notified in the site. The regular and special issuses are continious in serial order and the special issues are collected, reviewed and published as per the regular process to ensure quality of the scholarly content. References in English will be added in the future articles in the article pdf and the back issues will be attached to the webpage with a pdf containing English title, abstract, keywords and references of the published articles for the benefit of universal readers, scholars and academicians. The journal adheres to a quarterly schedule for the publication of its volumes and issues. The International Journal of Narunthamizh is published four times a year—in January, April, July, and October—thereby releasing four issues annually. வெளியீடு/மதிப்பீட்டு கொள்கை: ஆய்வுக் கட்டுரைகள் இணையதள வெளியீடாக மட்டும் வழங்கப்படும். ஆய்வுக் கட்டுரைகள் இரு அக மதிப்பீட்டு முறைக்கு உட்படுத்தப்படுகிறது. ஆய்வுக்குட்படுத்தப்பட்ட கட்டுரைகள் மதிப்பீடு செய்த பேராசிரியர்களின் ஆலோசனைப்படி திருத்தம் மேற்கொண்டு மீண்டும் தரம் உறுதி செய்த பின்னரே பி.டி.எப் ஆவணங்களாக இணையத்தில் வெளியிடப்படும்.
மதிப்பீட்டாளர்கள் கட்டுரைகளுக்குத் தரமான மதிப்புரை வழங்க வேண்டும். நன்முறையில் கட்டுரைகளுக்கு மதிப்புரை வழங்கியவுடன் கருத்து முரண்பாடு இல்லை என்பதைத் தெளிவுறப் பதிவிட வேண்டும். மதிப்பீட்டாளர்கள் கட்டுரைகளில் மேற்கோள்கள் தெளிவுறக் குறிப்பிடாத நிலையில் அதை தெளிவுறச் சுட்டிக்காட்ட வேண்டும். மதிப்பீட்டு செயல்முறையை இரகசியமாகவும் நம்பகமான முறையிலும் செய்ய வேண்டும்.
கருத்துத் திருட்டு நீக்கம்: இவ்விதழ் கருத்துத் திருட்டை ஓர் அறிஞரின் கருத்திற்கு செய்யும் அநீதியாகவே கருதுகிறது. படைப்பாளர்கள் அவர்களின் தகுதிக்கேற்ற மதிப்பை அடைய செய்வது பதிப்புக்குழுவின் நோக்கமாகும். ஆய்வாளர்களின் படைப்பில் கருத்துத் திருட்டு இருந்தால் பதிப்புக்குழு அக்கட்டுரையை நிராகரித்துவிடும்.
கட்டுரை தேர்வு கொள்கை: ஒவ்வொரு இதழுக்கும், கட்டுரைத் தரம் கருதி ஆய்வுத் தரம் உள்ள 10-20 ஆய்வுக் கட்டுரைகளை மட்டுமே வெளியிடுவோம். கட்டுரைகளைத் தேர்ந்தெடுப்பதில் ஆசிரியரின் முடிவே இறுதியானது. AI மூலம் அதிக எண்ணிக்கையிலான கட்டுரைகள் ஆங்கிலத்தில் எழுதப்பட்டும் தரம் குறைந்த கட்டுரைகள் அனுப்பப்படுவதால் அவை நிறுத்தப்படுகின்றன. மேலும், அக்கட்டுரைகள் நிராகரிக்கப்படும். ஆசிரியர் குழுவால் ஒரு வழக்கு திறக்கப்பட்டு, கட்டுரை சார்ந்த முறைகேடு மற்றும் நெறிமுறைகளுக்கு எதிரான முறைகளைத் தடுக்க மாணவர்/அறிஞர்/ஆசிரியர் மீது நடவடிக்கை எடுக்க நிறுவனத்தின் உயர் அதிகாரி/புலமுதன்மையருக்குத் தெரிவிக்கப்படும்.
பதிப்பு நெறிமுறைகள் & முறைகேடு அறிக்கை: கட்டுரைகள் ஆய்வுநெறிமுறைகளைப் பின்பற்றாமல் அமைந்தால் பதிப்பகம் நடவடிக்கை எடுக்கும். தரமான ஆய்வு மற்றும் பதிப்பு முறைகளை உறுதி செய்ய தகுந்த முடிவெடுக்கப்படும். ஆய்வுசார் முறைகளில் ஏதேனும் குற்றம் இழைக்கப்படின் அக்கட்டுரை பதிப்பில் இருந்து நீக்கப்படும். கட்டுரைகளில் ஏதேனும் திருத்தம் மேற்கொள்ள வேண்டுமென்றால் பதிப்பாசிரியருக்கு விண்ணப்பம் செய்ய வேண்டும். கட்டுரை நீக்குதல், திருத்தங்கள் மேற்கொள்ளுதல், விளக்கங்கள் மற்றும் மன்னிப்புக்கோருதல் ஏற்றுக்கொள்ளப்பட்டு அறிவிப்பு செய்யப்படும். இதழின் முழுக்கோப்பு இண்டர்நெட் ஆர்க்வில் பாதுகாக்கப்படும்.

கட்டுரையாளரிடம் உரிம மாற்றுப் படிவம் பெற்று காப்புரிமையை நறுந்தமிழ் இலக்கியசாரல் பெற்றுக் கொள்ளும். படைப்பாளர்கள் அதை தவறான நோக்கத்தில் தவறான பாதையில் பயன்படுத்தி சிக்கல்களை உருவாக்கிக் கொண்டால் அதற்கு இதழின் பதிப்பாசிரியர் பொறுப்பேற்றுக் கொள்ளமாட்டார்.

Plagiarism Policy
Plagiarism is the unethical act of copying someone else’s prior ideas, processes, results or words without explicit acknowledgement of the original author and source. Self-plagiarism occurs when an author utilizes large part of his/her own previously published work without using appropriate references. This can range from getting the same manuscript published in multiple journals to modifying a previously published manuscript with some new data.
International Journal of Narunthamizh, is a double-blind peer reviewed indexed Quarterly online journal having ISSN ———, being published since 2026. The journal is strictly against any unethical act of copying or plagiarism in any form. Plagiarism is said to have occurred when large portions of a manuscript have been copied from existing previously published resources. All manuscripts submitted for publication to All’s squire publication are cross-checked for Plagiarism / Similarity Index using Turnitin / Plagiarism CheckerX software. Manuscripts found to be plagiarized during initial stages of review are out-rightly rejected and not considered for publication in the journal.
In case a manuscript is found to be plagiarized after publication, the Editor-in-Chief will conduct preliminary investigation, may be with the help of a suitable committee constituted for the purpose. If the manuscript is found to be plagiarized beyond the acceptable limits, the journal will contact the author’s Institute / College / University and Funding Agency, if any. A determination of misconduct will lead All’s squire Publication to run a statement bi-directionally linked online to and from the original paper, to note the plagiarism and provide a reference to the plagiarized material. The paper containing the plagiarism will also be marked on each page of the PDF. Upon determination of the extent of plagiarism, the paper may also be formally retracted.

International Journal of Narunthamizh, does not encourage any form of Plagiarism and duplicate submissions. Hence, we strongly recommend our authors to thorough check of the article content before submitting it to our Journals for publication. We request our Authors to use “Plagiarism Checking software’s” to check plagiarism prior to submission as a preliminary step, although they are not completely reliable.
All’s squire Publication Plagiarism Policy IJN will check plagiarism for all the submitted articles before publishing online. If the plagiarism is observed by editors, double-blind peer reviewers or by editorial staff at any stage of publication process, it could be rejected based on the percentile of plagiarism occurred and it would be notified to author.

International Journal of Narunthamizh, shall take serious action against published manuscripts found to contain plagiarism and shall completely remove them from IJN website and other third party websites where the paper is listed and indexed. The moment, any article published in IJN database is reported to be plagiarized, IJN will constitute a Fact Finding Committee (FFC) to investigate the same. Upon having established that the manuscript is plagiarized from some previously published work, IJN shall support the original author and manuscript irrespective of the publisher and may take any or all of the following immediate actions or follow the additional course of actions as recommended by the committee:-
- International Journal of Narunthamizh, editorial office shall immediately contact the Director / Dean / Head of the concerned College, Institution or Organization or the Vice Chancellor of the University to which the author(s) is (are) affiliated to take strict action against the concerned author.
- IJN shall remove the PDF copy of the published manuscript from the website and disable all links to full text article.
- The term Plagiarized Manuscript shall be appended to the published manuscript title.
- IJN shall disable the author account with the journal and reject all future submissions from the author for a period of 03 / 06 / years or even ban the authors permanently.
- IJN may also display the list of such authors along with their full contact details on the IJN website.
- Any other course of action, as recommended by the Committee or as deemed fit for the instant case or as decided by the Editorial Board, from time to time.

Double Blind Peer Review Process
Double blind peer review process is the most important quality check for the submitted manuscript. Mahizhini publication follows a double blind peer review process, to ensure editorial decision making. In this double blind peer review process, experts in the relevant fields are selected as reviewers and they will analyze the submitted research work from every perspective like quality, originality, academic standards, technical content, documentation, and significance to the journals scope.
The review report may result in any one of the suggestions mentioned here under, based on the quality of submission.
(i) Accept outright for immediate publication
(ii) Accept subject to minor corrections
(iii) Accept subject to major modifications
(iv) Reject
Author has to correct the submission according to comments in review report, if it suggests to do minor/major corrections. Author has to send back the corrected manuscript to Editorial office on time line for smooth publishing process.

மொழி: தமிழ் மற்றும் ஆங்கிலம்
ஆய்வுக் கட்டுரையின் அளவு: ஆய்வுக் கட்டுரை ஏ4 தாளில் 12 அளவு; 1.5 இடைவெளியுடன் 8-15 பக்கங்களுக்கு மிகாமல் யுனிகோடு எழுத்துருவில் கணினி வழி தட்டச்சு செய்து இருக்க வேண்டும். அடிக்குறிப்புகள், பாடல் எண், பக்க எண் மற்றும் துணைநூல் பட்டியல் இடம் பெற்றிருக்க வேண்டும்.
தலைப்பு பக்கம்: தலைப்பு பக்கம் பெயர், சுருக்கமான தலைப்பு, முகவரி, மின்னஞ்சல் முகவரி கொண்டிருக்க வேண்டும்.
ஆய்வுச் சுருக்கம்: கட்டுரையின் உள்ளடக்கத்தை வெளிப்டுத்துவதாக அமையவேண்டும் இதில் தேவை இல்லாத சுருக்கக் குறியீடுகள் மற்றும் பின் குறிப்புக்கள், சூத்திரங்கள், புள்ளிவிவரங்கள் அட்டவணைகளைத் தவிர்க்கவும். 150 – 250 வார்த்தைகள் கொண்ட ஆங்கிலச் சுருக்கம் தர வேண்டும்.
குறியீட்டுச் சொற்கள்: கட்டுரைக்குப் பொருத்தமான 4 – 6 முக்கிய வார்த்தைகளைப் வழங்கவேடும்.
கட்டுரைகளின் அமைப்பு: ஆய்வுக் கட்டுரைகள் தரமானதாகவும் ஆய்வு அணுகு முறைகளைப் பின்பற்றியதாகவும் அமைய வேண்டும்.
மேற்கோள்: ஆய்வுச் சுருக்கத்தில் மேற்கோளைத் தவிர்த்து நேர்த்தியான குறிப்புகளை மேற்கோளிட்டு குறிப்புப்பட்டியலில் இடம் பெற்றிருக்கிறதா என உறுதி செய்து கொள்ள வேண்டும்.
குறிப்புப்பட்டியல்: குறிப்புகள் அகரவரிசையில் அமைய வேண்டும். ஆய்வாளர்கள் தங்கள் பயன்படுத்தும் புத்தகங்கள், ஆய்விதழ்கள், ஆய்வுக் கட்டுரைகள், ஆய்வேடுகள் மற்றும் இணையதள தரவுகள் போன்றவற்றை குறிப்பிட்டு காட்ட வேண்டும்.
